John Madden, legendary football coach and broadcaster has announced today that he will be retiring. The 73 year old Madden who took home 16 Emmy awards for outstanding sports analyst/personality, is most famous for being a football commentator and was a Hall of Fame coach for the Oakland Raiders. "It's been such a great ride ... the NFL has been my life for more than 40 years, it has been my passion -- it still is," he said in a statement released by NBC Sports. I wonder if this retirement means he wont be launching any more Madden videogames. I was looking forward to a Madden 2k95.XOXO,
